What personal data we process
1. Contact form
When you complete the contact form we collect: name, email address, company name (optional) and message. The purpose is to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — necessary to take steps at your request. Data is forwarded to our email via Resend (data processor) and is not stored in any database. We delete email correspondence after 12 months.
2. AI tools (CV Matcher and chatbot)
Text you submit to the CV Matcher or chatbot is processed by the Anthropic Claude API. Neither tool stores the input text after the response has been generated. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) — necessary to deliver the service you request.
3. Visit statistics
We use two analytics tools:
- Vercel Analytics — a privacy-friendly tool that sets no cookies and does not store IP addresses. Collects anonymised, aggregated data about page views, referrer, country/region, device type and browser. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest.
- Google Analytics 4 — only activated after you have given explicit consent via the cookie banner. It sets cookies (see below) to distinguish users and sessions, and collects data about how you navigate the site. Your IP address is anonymised before storage. Data is processed by Google LLC in the USA under Standard Contractual Clauses. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies or contacting us.
4. Server logs
Vercel (our hosting provider) stores technical server logs containing IP addresses for up to 30 days for operational and security purposes. Vercel acts as a data processor.
